At the K9-Shiloh Dawg Skool, we have a deep feeling for dogs of all kinds. We believe that in some ways they are like people. Each dog has a unique personality and that requires individual training that fits his/her characteristics. Some dogs are willing and cooperative; some are shy and sensitive; some are over aggressive and stubborn; and just like children, they can be spoiled.

We develop programs that take into consideration the dog's history, age and temperament. The schedule and priorities of the dog's owners, and the goals that they set for themselves and their dogs are of primary importance. The emphasis is in making excellent handlers of the dog's owners. We teach the dog's family how to break the old patterns and how to create a new set of behaviors in the dog This requires patience, knowledge, and understanding of animal psychology, and special skills and experience. We believe in teaching with kindness, but be firm when necessary. However, it is important to make the dog understand they are liked. When your dog has finished our training course he/she has basically gone to school and graduated with good manners, obedience to command, and a heightened sense of duty to his/her master.

We discovered and continue to streamline and perfect a unique method of behaviour modification that works easily, consistently and without the use of any harsh training methods.

Our continuing success as specialists in dog training and behavioural psychology has resulted in Shiloh Dawg Skool expanding to the international markets, covering asia, the eastern and the western part of the world.

We are also the leaders in puppy education, staging over 100 puppy school classes per year on a regular basis, and conduct group lessons in basic obedience for adolescent and older dogs as well as in home instructions.
